Whether your skills lie in leading crews, planting and irrigation, maintaining established gardens, or you’re ready to learn from the ground up, we have opportunities across the following positions:
Landscape Foreman
Leads landscape construction projects on-site, managing crews, coordinating schedules, and ensuring work meets quality and safety standards.
Leading Hand Landscaper
Supports the foreman in supervising teams, organising daily tasks, and maintaining productivity and workmanship.
Skilled Landscaper
Performs advanced landscaping tasks including paving, retaining walls, planting, and irrigation with a high level of skill and attention to detail.
Landscaper
Works as part of the team on all aspects of landscape construction and planting, following plans and instructions to deliver quality outdoor spaces.
Maintenance Manager
Oversees garden and grounds maintenance programs, managing teams, scheduling work, and ensuring sites remain healthy and well-presented.
Maintenance Leading Hand
Supports the maintenance team with mowing, pruning, weeding, and general upkeep of gardens and landscaped areas.
Maintenance Assisting Gardener
Supports the maintenance team with mowing, pruning, weeding, and general upkeep of gardens and landscaped areas.
